Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Must be returned in the original packaging with all labels/tags
- Must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Non-returnable items:
- Used or damaged products not caused by shipping
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to our designated return address (customer bears shipping costs unless item was damaged).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.
Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Take clear photos of the packaging and product
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a free replacement or refund
